- Payment Information: Payment transactions are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your credit/debit card details or UPI credentials on our servers.

- Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers.
- Usage Data: App usage patterns, features accessed, session duration, and interaction data.
- Push Notification Tokens: Firebase Cloud Messaging tokens for delivering push notifications.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- Astrology Services: Generating personalized Kundli, horoscope readings, Rashi Bhavishya, panchang information, and matchmaking analysis.
- Consultations: Facilitating real-time chat consultations between you and verified astrologers.
- Account Management: Creating and managing your user account, authenticating your identity.
- Payment Processing: Processing wallet top-ups and consultation payments through Razorpay.
- Notifications: Sending relevant notifications about consultations, panchang updates, and service announcements.
- Service Improvement: Analyzing usage patterns to improve our features and user experience.
3. Third-Party Service Providers
We share your information with the following third-party service providers, strictly for the purposes described:

- 2Factor.in: SMS/OTP delivery for phone number verification. Only your phone number is shared for OTP delivery purposes.

Your data is stored on secure servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and encryption at rest to protect your personal information. - Consultation History: Retained for 12 months after the consultation date for quality and dispute resolution purposes.
- Payment Records: Retained for 7 years as required by Indian tax and financial regulations.
